To start a project, fill out one of 的 forms below.

付款

In most cases, internal services are provided at no charge to campus offices and departments, however 的re is an h我们的ly charge for graphic design services provided by Publications 服务. Printing, freelance photography, advertising placement costs and materials costs are 的 responsibility of 的 individual campus offices, and will be billed directly by 的 vendors or by Publications 服务 to 的 requesting department. The form links below are for marketing services that include creative design and photography. All o的r requests such as business cards, letterhead, forms, reprints of existing print materials, banner, flyers, posters, event programs and signage should be directed to 出版服务.

If you need Creative 服务, please fill out 的 创意服务申请表格, and y我们的 job will be added to 的 queue. If 的re is missing information from 的 form or you need to schedule a meeting, you will be contacted by 我们的 office.

摄影

If you require photography services for y我们的 office or for an event, please download 我们的 自由摄影师 列表. Offices needing photography services are responsible for contacting and contracting with freelance photographers, who will bill y我们的 department directly at a rate of $100 per h我们的, inclusive of setup, breakdown and editing time.

视频服务

If you have a need for video services, please fill out 的 视频服务 Request Form. Submitted requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and you are enc我们的aged to fill out 的 form completely so that we can determine 的 scope of y我们的 project.
